Not all resurfacing companies are created equal.  We do not clean windows, stain decks, faux paint, remodel, lay carpet, paint homes, build fences or do landscaping as many others do!  Instead, we focus on one thing only...technically advanced/high performance coatings for both residential and commercial applications.

• How long have you been in business?
• How many business names have you operated under in that length of time?
• How long have you operated under your present business name?
• Are you insured?
• What type of paint do you use?
• Who manufactures your paint? (Sherwin-Williams, Hawk, Dupont, etc.)
• Does your paint have overspray?
• Does your material have odors?  Why?
• How long does it take to do my tub?
• Can the work be completed in 1 visit to my home?
• Does your material take more than 10 hours to cure?
• Do you recaulk the tub or paint over the old caulk?  If not, how much extra is recaulking of the tub?
• Is your warranty in writing?  Is it pro-rated?  Can you explain it to me?
• Why can't you offer the features Bathbrite does?

• DO NOT shop for refinishing based on price alone.  Remember, the lowest price probably means the company is using cheap material, less experienced techs, cutting corners on preparation, poor warranty, recently started business or all of this!  A "Cheap" refinishing job will probably come back to haunt you!

• DO ask questions. 

• DO check with the BBB.  Even if the company is not a member, any problems will still show up.

• DO NOT be misled by false claims such as porcelain finish, porcelain glaze or porcelain paint.  There is no such thing!

• DO insist on the best value for your money.  (Service, product & warranty)
• DO NOT be misled by companies claiming to have the "most durable" finish---

           Ask them to prove it!
